Cheddar And Onion Bites

Ingredients

mayonnaise
|
|
|
|
|||
| 2 | tablespoons | green onion, chopped | |
|
|
|||
| 16 | snack crackers | ||
|
|
|||
| 1 | package | (8 oz.) cheddar cheese, thinly sliced | |
|
|
|||
Directions:
Mix mayo and onion. Spread crackers with mayo mixture. Cut cheese slices to fit crackers; place cheese on mayo mixture. Place on cookie sheet. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
